CIVIL AND MEP WORKS
Aside from our skilled and technical people, we are also equipped in doing any types of Civil and MEP works. Part of the project development department is a group of technical people who has expertise and knowledge about the MEP works such as fire fighting system, fire alarm works, air conditioning system, plumbing and electrical works.
JOINERY FABRICATION
A team comprises of skilled and well trained carpenters and painters who has expertise in fabricating any customized woodwork designs, repair or maintenance of any furniture whether for retail or hospitality projects. The department is headed by joinery supervisors who has very keen and strict in terms of quality and finishing details.
INTERIOR FIT-OUT WORKS
From our drawing concept and development plan stage, we are capable of transforming the 2D plan into three dimensional livable spaces. Our project development consisting of site engineers and site supervisors can handle all kinds of fit-out and interior decoration works and will also guide you from the initial stage of the fit-out period until the project completion.
